Our truck drivers: the core and foundation

Transporting vehicles is our business. This makes our fleets with their truck drivers and workshop team the core of our company. Good work conditions and a pleasant workplace atmosphere are therefore very important to us. Since we consider ourselves a literal “family business”, the “WE” takes centre stage for the entire MOSOLF Group – because feeling comfortable is the cornerstone of cooperation based on partnership.

I have been actively involved in the development of AUTOKONTOR BAYERN GmbH for over 20 years. As Head of Human Resources, I have been contributing to our community achieving common goals and successfully driving the company forward. My role may be demanding, but it offers me the exciting opportunity to support employees both in their day-to-day work as well as with personal issues.

Your responsibilities:
  • You transport our customer’s vehicles over short or long distances – to any location

  • Loading and unloading are part of your job

  • You are responsible for daily checks of all vehicle functions

  • You represent our company with your friendly and professional manner in dealing with our customers

Our requirements to you
  • Current driving license including class CE

  • Professional driver qualification (code 95), driver card and DQC

  • Affinity for and enjoyment of vehicles

YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS

Own accommodations:
No worries – we provide you with your own accommodations! You are housed at your assigned main location in Buch or Schöneck on weekends. A room is provided for you there at no charge during your time off. Use of the shared kitchen, bathroom and washing machine is included as well.

YOUR WORKING HOURS AND GOING HOME

Flexible working time model:
We offer a flexible 3:1 or 5:1 working time model. That means, for example, that you work for 3 weeks and then have 1 week of paid time off. Naturally, we comply with the prescribed driving and rest periods as well as the German Working Time Act (ArbZG) during the 3 weeks of work.

We provide you with a company car at no charge for the trip home and cover all costs such as fuel, tolls etc.

OUR SERVICE FOR YOU

 

Comprehensive service:
To help get you started with us, we assist you with all bureaucratic matters such as reporting your place of residence, health insurance or family benefits. Contact persons in your national language are provided for this purpose.

We instruct you in the operation of the trucks and truck bodies as well as our company philosophy when you start work. If you need a bit more time before working independently, we support you with our proven training plan.

Naturally, we provide you with the suitable work clothing (personal protective equipment) in the appropriate quality and quantity at no charge
